This week I finished up the New Super Mario Bros for the Wii. I will tell you right off the bat that I enjoyed this game from start to finish. It stays true to it’s roots and doesn’t disappoint.
Speaking of dissappointments, I have been generally underwhelmed with the Wii since it’s inception. I have really only played through Zelda: Twilight Princess (EXCELLENT!), but other than that there hasn’t been anything that has interested me enough to purchase. Call me old fashion but I prefer button pushing to controller swinging.
With that …

For some reason Brutal Legend became one of the most anticipated games of the year. I was eager to play it, as I had been hearing about it since the E3 convention earlier in the year. I thought it was creative that Jack Black was playing the main character Eddie Riggs and that the game revolved around the music of Metal. Ozzy Osbourne, Lita Ford, Lemmy Kilmister, Rob Halford and Tim Curry also leant there likeness and voices to this game which made it even more incredible. The demo was …

During the recent shootings here in Downtown Orlando, a man who’s hair is as silver as a nickel and skin is as golden as the sun, swooped into town to save the day. That mans name? Charlie Crist.
Who?
Okay, he didn’t exactly save the day and his skin is more like the rind of an Orange, but good ol’ Charlie Crist is our Governor here in the great state of Florida and NEVER misses an opportunity to have his picture taken (or go on vacation). He is a shining example of …

It’s that time again. If you read back in my posts, you can see that I have attempted to quit before. During the week that I quit, my grandfather passed away and my cat almost died ($1000 later he was okay). So as you can imagine, i’m walking into this with some fear. The second I hear someone in my family isn’t feeling well or my cat starts making funny noises i’m out. Maybe there is some sort of ancient spell cast on me, so that I must smoke in …

Here is a list of Celebrities who gave the most in the year 2008. This list was compiled from Public Records, so it is possible that anonymous donations were given by these celebrities and others. However, I don’t think celebrities do shit anonymously because they are addicted to being the center of attention, therefore, I believe this list could be fairly accurate.
Paul Newman topped the list at $21 million to Health initiatives, education, emergency campaigns, and environmental protection (before his death in September 2008) – This man …

Summary: My Review of the much anticipated next installment of the Halo series. Exclusive to the Xbox 360 and created by Bungie.net
First, I love the Halo series. LOVE. So, if you are looking for an unbiased opinion about this game, then you came to the wrong place. I think even if ODST was terrible I would still like it. It wasn’t terrible, but i’m just sayin….
If you enjoyed Halo 2 and 3, you will definitely like this game. Halo 3 to …

So if you don’t know already, the fountain that graces Downtown Orlando’s Lake Eola was struck by lightening the other day and is broken. It’s so sad looking…just a rusty dome sitting in the middle of our beautiful city. I can see this fountain practically from my front yard and have been a neighbor of it for almost the entire 3 years of me living in Orlando. I love this fountain.
With that being said….I realize that there is no easy way to repair it. It’s going …

I have been wanting to write a blog about Bacon for a long time but have been entirely too nervous to do so (there are some crazy m’fers that love bacon). So instead, i’ve decided to come up with a list of my favorite/worst FADS throughout my life and incorporate my Bacon rant into it. I touch in the 2000s (18-27 years old), 1990’s (8-17 years old), 1980’s (born – 8 years old). Enjoyski’s.
MY FAVORITES FROM THE 2000’s
Bacon – I’m just gonna get right into it. I know you …
